Got this from someone very wise today...
Thought it was worth sharing.
Emotional Affairs.
An affair of the "emotions".
99 percent of the time, the persons or at least one of them is married.
Or in a committed relationship
with a significant other.
It is born out of a need that they themselves
cannot fill or something that they may be lacking with their partner.
And it makes them feel wanted, and needed. But...it is not healthy
because it takes away from more than one person.
