Rocketman Village Hippy Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Utah Posts: 10,260	LEG CRAMPS Those of you who know me knows I wave suffered with leg cramps for years. I think I have finally came up with a cure, at least for me. You are going to laugh & think I am crazy. A friend of mine told me to place a bar of soap (any kind) between the sheets of the bed. It has been ober 4 months with no cramping what so ever. 2 of my co-workers tried it & it is working for them also. __________________ If I don't let go of anger and resentments, I am blocking the sunlight of the spirit.
