Default Nh law changes

All of the inmates were gathered to have a talk by the Warden telling them that the law did change and it goes into effect Oct 1st. IF they relapse when they get out on parole there will be NO going back to finish out their sentences. They will go to a certain place for one week, 2nd relapse they go back again for 1 week and if they relapse again they then get 90 days in prison. But again, NO finishing out their max. time.

My daughter knows I am tougher than that! LOL Seriously...they need more help than being locked up, although it does save lives. I think I commented that my daughter used up her lifetime of relapses as far as I was concerned. In other words it matters not what THEY say, there will be NO drugs in my home, period! And I prefer that we start out when she comes home with a boundary that she knows I will enforce.

I feel after almost 2 years clean this is now about making the right "choice" every day. She does not choose the disease, but she does choose what to do each day, one day at a time!
