22 months....is now....48 days and a wake up...and she's outta there!

Well my daughter has one year left in prison. She'll get out November 11, 2011....lol that will be 11-11-11....let's hope that it's a lucky sign.

She's doing good. I see her every other weekend and we do enjoy our visits. She's been crocheting hats and bags and lap blankets and selling them to other inmates. (they buy them for say 5 bucks and then when they go to commissary they get her 5 dollars worth of whatever she needs...coffee, poptarts, crackers, shampoo, etc.) They call it a 'hustle'. But she's hangin in there. Plus she's still doing the cell dog program which keeps her spirits up.

Ok, well anyway, just wanted to let you guys know I'm quietly celebrating (?) the date of her release. Actually I'm not ready for her release and neither is she, but we're still a work in progress on the matter.
