Default Understanding and Changing Self-defeating Beliefs

Bookmarked this a couple days ago... waiting for a time to be fresh and centered before I take the self test... though it was highly recommended by a friend elsewhere as a way to check attitudes and beliefs that may be self defeating and limiting... I hope to use this tool for myself and come back from time to time to take my "temperature" and run my mental/emotional state up the flag pole. I wanted to share here with you all... and see what you think, perhaps we can share what pops. The info says:

"This program was developed to assist people in identifying and changing patterns of thinking which may cause distress, or problems of living. It is based on principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, which hold that much of our distress may be traced to patterns of thinking, interpretation and appraisal. Our clinical work and a growing body of research suggests that much emotional distress and unsatisfactory patterns of responding to events may be brought under our control by developing insight into our patterns of thinking."
