I will decide to Trust.
Learning to trust is difficult for anyone. It is especially hard for addicts. Past experiences, as addicts, taught you that your friends could not be trusted. You already knew that you couldn't trust yourself. Trust is essential in recovery. In recovery, you need hope. Finding someone that you can trust and talk to makes recovery easier. NA allows you to meet others, just like yourself. Finding trust in the words of others, at meetings, allows one to begin to search for the trust of ourselves. Sometimes checking out a meeting is a good way to start.
