Default Which way on the Brattleboro Retreat notes

I finally finished entering (almost all) of the paper I carried away from Brattleboro. It's in a MS Word doc so I could post it all at once or post it a piece at a time. I can also send the doc as an attachment to anyone interested. How should I post this stuff (or should I just forget it)? Any preferences?

Also I have two books to recommend. They seem to "feed" off each other and might be benificial to anyone suffering - from depression or other mental maladies and even addiction - they seem to be helping me.

They are:

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook by McKay, Wood, & Brantley, pub. New Harbinger Publications, Inc. 2007

and

Don't sweat the Small Stuff and it's all small stuff by Carlson, pub. Hyperion 1997
