Michael Jackson RIP
. . . was rushed to the hospital by ambulance after suffering cardiac arrest. He was not breathing when paramedics arrived. CPR was administered in the ambulance, but according to TMZ, they were unsuccessful, and he has died at the age of 50. This has not been confirmed by Fox or CNN yet.

Exceptional talent aside, I think the Michael the public never saw was a truly tragic individual. As I am someone who struggles with spirituality, but leans toward soul-recycling, I believe that his karma for any wrongdoings will be used to the advantage of his soul eventually moving on to a higher plane. I certainly wouldn't wish him to come back as someone else's victim, as his guilt of lewd behavior toward a child -- or children -- is not too far-fetched to assume.
Due to his known history of abusing prescription drugs and alcohol, it wouldn't surprise me if his autopsy is ruled a suicide or accidental overdose. Don't quote me on this, but I also vaguely recall reading something about his substance abuse issues complicating a pre-existing cardiac condition. |

Truly saddened by this. I was a huge fan and wish he had better care by his people. I'm certain it will be a combination of anorexia and PPK's that took him.. I pray the world is good to his children.

Well, .................................... last night after hearing several 'medical' experts say that the condition he had that with the skin pigmentation actually causes more problems than just lack of pigmentation to those that have it, including damage to the heart and other organs, so did some reading and yep other organs over a person's lifetime, especially the heart suffer. So who knows, was it all the pain killers he took over the years and other substances or was it his medical condition or was it both, and even though they are doing an autopsy today it may be weeks before we really know.
His Dr was the one that called 911, so his Dr was with him. Hope his Dr wasn't another one like Elvis's Dr. It is sad to me that he died so young. He was a great talent that I still think many around him 'used and abused.' I pray for his family and I pray for the children. I suspect, that those poor kids will be 'pawns' just like he and his siblings were while his father is still alive. Michael, your demons are gone, I hope you now have the peace and serentity you craved for so so many years. Love and hugs,

Well I think his Dr has some SPLAININ to do!!!!!!! I know that when I have had to have surgery in recent years, I have had to get CLEARANCE from my cardiologist, as my surgeon, after serious surgeries has put me on Demerol, and knows what that can do to a heart.
I watched several different interviews with the 'former family attorney' and he is pissed. He is waiting for the autopsy results, but keeps claiming over and over that he warned the people 'close' to Micheal that the whole situation (with Micheal and his health etc) was getting out of hand and no one would listen. Maybe that is why he is no longer the family attorney? Says he will wait for the results, but IF it is due to substance abuse, he will name names. And yes, it is sensationalism and yes it will sell newspapers and keep some folks glued to their TV's etc. BUT you know what, I hope he does. I guess I am just so tired of ADDICTION and all the problems it causes, to all who are afflicted and their loved ones, that maybe, just maybe, if this is the case, MORE of a long lasting STINK will be made this time than there was with Elivis's passing and maybe just maybe, some more forward progress might be made to find a way to help ALL that suffer from addiction. Alright, gonna get back off my Soap Box now. Love and hugs,

I have no doubt he was surrounded by a bunch of enablers who never had his best interests at heart, maybe some of his family members but given the dysfunction of the family I suspect they just didn't know any better. I agree Laurie. These things don't have to happen. But our government puts mental health and addiction on the bottom of the totem pole of concerns of our country because after all we "choose to be alcoholics and addicts."... *sigh*

I think he had multiple issues that would have caused his death. I did hear he was 5'10" and only 110 pounds, so I'm sure an eating disorder was one of them.

Wow...I never even considered he might have an eating disorder, since I was more preoccupied with the other odd things about him. However, if he really was 5'10 and only 110#, that would be a real red flag....and certainly anorexia can contribute to heart ailments. Hopefully the truth with come out.
I'm usually not a big fan of following celebrities lives (or deaths), but Michael's death has touched me. It is very sad indeed, and I am glad he can rest now. Hopefully this event will help shed some light and/or bring to the public attention, some of the issues he grappled with, and will help us move forward towards better acceptance, understanding, and treatment for mental and behavioral health issues. RIP Michael.

I agree he was an amazing talent, but plagued by many demons. What a shame...
I think the autopsy report is going to be very telling. I too expect a drug overdose. When I first heard the news I was stunned, in fact I heard someone way that Michael Jackson died, but it didn't even sink in until I got home and read it on the internet. I was in shock, but then, after awhile, not surprised at all. His bizarre behavior screamed substance abuse, to me. I hope his children can move on and find some normalcy in their lives. May he rest in peace.

I empathize very deeply about Michael's emotional and substance abuse issues, which apparently contributed to his death. And I feel that all those plastic surgeries he had done were for more than aesthetic reasons.
Here's a really good article which briefly sums up his personal/ professional history with presciption drug abuse. Pain ran through Jackson's career: http://www.msnbc.com/id/31588256/ns/...ainment-music/ I find it awfully curious that a cardiologist was living with him when he died. |

Yes, that is really strange.
I'm re-watching the documentary "Living with Michael Jackson." He thought it would help his career, but really only made matters worse. I had forgotten all about it until they showed a clip of it a few days ago. I was flabbergasted by the scene of him trying to bottle feed his baby with that synthetic fiber veil (hard to breathe) over babies face and body and Michael literally shaking so badly, I thought he would fall out of his chair. So sad...
