I will seek nothing but joy on this day, knowing that all things are working together to bring me healing, so that I may be a greater expression of Divine Love.

For this I am so grateful!

I have a right to feel what I feel.

What I am feeling is a temporary experience that cannot harm me.

All things work to bring me healing.

People act out of the need for healing.

I can choose what I feel about any experience.

Forgiveness will provide relief and release.

Love will heal anything that is not an expression of love.
