Just when I thought I was getting with it with REBT, I am reading posts about perceived inadequacies of both SMART and REBT and the flavour seems to be towards ACT.
I am curious. Those with some experience or knowledge here. In your view. What's the difference between the two or all three? Are they comparable? Very different? Do you have a preference and why? Is Smart or REBT out and ACT in (for you)? Thanks |
