I am 4 days into a new addiction. I've been introduced to "my fitness pal", an app on my phone. It keeps track of the calories I eat and how many I burn with exercise or daily activities.
I'm eating a 1200 calorie diet and I have exercised 2 of the 4 days so far. I love to play games and that's kind of what this seems like to me. I think that's why I'm liking it so much. I have NEVER been addicted to anything that is good for me, and I'm really hoping this one will stick. My husband and I are both using this app, so we have lots more things to talk about and tease each other over. I'm even...hold on to your hats...drinking 2-3 bottles of water a day. I do add a drink mix to it, but this is the most "water" I've drank a day EVER!! Finally, I'm having fun doing something that is good for me. I never thought that would happen!! ![]() Anyone care to join me?
