Well in the spirit of New Years Eve, but being positive, how about naming something positive you learnt about yourself or others or elswhere in the past year? It wasn't a complete wipeout was it?
I will of course start. I learnt and compounded my behaviour towards the dog. I never shout at or scold him. I know he completely knows he is safe with me and he trusts me. It has been very satisfying to know that when he obeys me (not all the time) he does it out of love, not fear. I gained a small insight this year into REBT and saw a pretty quick result on the sharp end of depression and chose to follow the principles as my program for the longer commitment and study. |
