Just starting
With Velvet's Carrie coming home it prompted me to write about my daughter...she was sentenced yesterday and it seems she is going to be serving another 6 months in the county jail.
Just seems like a simile to birth and death...One young woman gets out of incarceration and another one is sentenced. I suppose we could look at this as a cycle or circle of life, metaphorically speaking in this situation. Our family is just beginning this type of journey and although Carrie's incarceration has ended, she is beginning a brand new journey! We look forward to a hopeful and positive end to Tracey's journey from incarceration to freedom and a brand new journey for her, too.
