I’ve noticed a change in myself. I no longer feel qualified to give advice, especially when it comes to parenting or being the mother of an addict, or being an (past?) enabler. I just don’t feel qualified. Despite I’d like to help, offer words of encouragement or maybe offer suggestions instead I just lock up and can’t find my words.
sigh
