High blood pressure
I need some help with some remedies, ideas for lowering blood pressure. My sponsor is very sick, they can't get her BP down. She already takes a high dose of meds for it. She has a lot of stomach problems and is unable to eat lots of foods (anything gassy). She is trying to quit smoking also. They're afraid she going to go into congestive heart failure.
Any ideas? I asked her to go to a Chiroprator we have here in town. She gives a lot of herbal remedies. She says she can't afford it, which is true. I need to see how much a visit costs.
