stress headache
I feel like someone did this to my head!! --->
 Stress has given me a bad headache. I may just go lay down for a bit to relax or watch a movie. There is a movie coming on tonight with Jim Carrey in it and I know I'll get a laugh out of that. He is funny. I know I'll get through whatever it is that I have to face. Nothing is impossible. Now that I am sober, the possibilities are endless. No matter what struggles I face, I will emerge stronger! Dealing with life is challenging sometimes but it feels SOOOOO much better now that I don't have to turn to a bottle or bag to make myself feel better.
