Razor burn
Yes, stupid me, shaved my legs when dry. Now I have terrible razor burn.
Anyone know what will help get rid of it?

Missy are we twins?...lol.....i shaved my one good leg yesterday and although it was wet i couldnt understand why my leg was raw!!!.....we have something here called 'Sudocrem' i think its a caster oil based antiseptic cream, it is white and oily and its my cure all!!!..it certainly takes the sting out of it and it feels better today...the cream itself is mainly used for nappy rash..(diaper rash if you have such a thing there??)...sore babies bums! ha ha

but works a treat on all minor skin ailments...if you like i ll send you a pot! but im sure the rash will be long gone before you got it!!!

You would think at my age, I would have known better!! LOL

I sprayed some Dermaplast (my husbands suggestion), on it and it stopped burning immediately!! It's an antibacterial pain relieving spray.

It's not as red today and doesn't hurt. I think I'll give it another dose to make sure!!

Sometimes, I'm just baffled at my stupidity!!

That sounds great purrds. I just bought some liquid bandage stuff to prepare us for the summer scrapes. Hopeing that works better then band aids for the kids.

its the wonder cream....ha ha

you know how grnadmas always seem to have the best remedies for stuff?...well this is going to be mine!,,,when the kids bring the grandchildren to visit i will have a pot of this handy.....

i will reccomend it to everyone.....sores, rashes wonderful....brokendown car just use a little bit of sudocrem...homework late?...oh yes sudocrem....

yes i can see me being a batty grandma alright!
