I was just missing my old friends and thought I'd pop in.

Then I saw the Wellness area and here I am...

I don't know if any of you are in your 40's or 50's but I was wondering if anyone here might be on bio-identical hormones or know a source for learning the pro's and con's.

I'm in the process of going off my synthetic thyroid medication and switching over to Armour and the doctors who fall into this 'camp' of practioners (not the mainstream), are also big on bio-identicles for women my age.

I know those who know me are wondering... and yes, I'm still clean. Yeah! It's been years now, for everything.
