One of the most important recovery tools, strike that, life tools I have learned is that action leads to motivation and not usually the other way around. I have wasted too much time getting up the motivation and waiting until I “feel like” working towards my goals.
What is the most important goal that you have right now? The answer to this question reveals what you can do right now for your ultimate happiness. Get one taste of this and you have the leaf guarantee that you will increase you motivation to reach the goal. If you feel your motivation faltering, get moving. Pick a goal and work towards it. What is your most important goal toady? What can you do today to work towards it?
