Emotional health day!!
I've made deal with my best buddy to have an emotional health day at LEAST once every month! We've both decided it can be moved but not cancelled, and has the same importance as any other area of life. Our theme is to spend each day as we would if on holiday, excursions, pleasures, relaxation, - no work!
By the end of the year we'll have sneaked an extra 12 days of holiday - nearly a fortnight!!  Me likes the new plan! |
