Good for mens health?
I seriously heard this on the radio today: There was a five year study done on men. It proved that looking at a womans breasts for 10 minutes had the same effects as working out in the gym for 30 minutes.
I can think of many reasons why this might be true!!  BTW, it didn't say if it was with or without clothes on!!
