Oh, and not with cigarettes, with those little cigars! Sure it would be great if I didn't inhale them but geez I am a recovering nicotine addict! Of course I inhale. I am so mad at myself...but I have accepted my error and am moving on to more fragrant pastures...those cigars stink. I will be here for support and to add any to everyone here. We can and will be smoke free! Thanks for this forum...here in the nick of time.
