How many of us cling to a relationship that is done?
Unable to move on, we keep doing sick, dysfunctional things to keep a relationship alive that has long since been over with.
Somehow, we can’t seem to make an ending, therefore we are stalled with any new beginnings.
As a matter of fact, we sabotage any attempts at new beginnings because we are still dabbling in the past.
There is only one way to move forward.
And that is to make a clean break with the past.
To say our goodbyes, to make peace with what was, and to move forward into our next good thing.
