sometimes when people DO ugly things they DESERVE ugly thoughts. You're human and I dont care WHAT people say, those thoughts are human and NORMAL too. Anyone who can say they "forgive" and "wish" their Tormentors "well" , I have to question if they are being truthful to themselves or others. Dont bother calling him alby, I mean it, he did YOU NO FAVORS. and if you were to do this , he most likely wouldnt appreciate it anyway. You can prosecute him with out giving "fair warning" .
In fact, thats one of "MY" issues, I give to many people too many warnings. Not sure WHY I do it. I guess I hope it will change their course of action. Rarely does it. Why bother giving the advantage? If you never talk to this jerk again, it will be too soon.

After my divorce, Everytime I heard about a car accident up north, I would wait with baited breath HOPING it was my x. Not so lucky yet. It took YEARS for that anger to go away. Heck, it took a good four years for the full anger to kick in.
