Resisted the urge to contact the ex... had a personal victory because other than a few reoccuring thoughts, I didn't obsess about it and rip myself into shreads or compulsively replay the shock scenario over and over and continue the freak out. Progress, I'll take it.

Was all ready to order the allergy panel, and had an intuitive blip... did another google search (had been doing them fairly frequently each month shopping for an online discount as the test is not cheap and I know there are slow seasons)... and found two ... perhaps saving me 1-200 smackers... and lucked into the medical code too. Called my insurance company and found out they'll accept the code and reimburse me for 40 percent of the test even though I don't have a doc's Rx. Can I get a big Amen-ah. (grin)

Went for treatment to honorable Chinese Lady... some improvements continue, the biggest benefit is circulatory, oxygenation, and neuro... but it's slow slow slow going and I'm not gonna be able to continue to do this for very much longer.
