Default Onederland, Part 4

Hootie hoo

I isolated for three days this week (to Tuesday afternoon) Went to therapy, then all I could do was focus on doing out the rest of the week. (sorry)

I start the 10 week classes for the citizens police adademy Monday night, and expect to be moderately stressed. Law enforcement never did much of anything to help me... and I'm uncomfortable in groups of people. But it's learning something new and a challenge... so here I go.

I actually shopped a sale today, got two outfits and even a matching necklace and earrings for both dresses... one I'm wearing tomorrow, one for my husband's employee Christmas party where another challenge is to learn and perform a karoke number for the party. (singing in the chuch choir for some reason isn't exactly the same thing) I don't have a clue what to sing (tenor here remember? not a fan of pop either). But that will be another social type challenge.

Got notified of my appointment with the Gastro doc... to set the date for my hitascan retest. I've about decided if my number is any better than 19 I'll try to blow it off for another year.

I'm still knocking around on my trauma diary... but haven't brought up anything in this marriage. Been avoiding it. Pinched a nerve in a shoulder.. other than that I'm fine, just trying to get more comfortable 3D and in social settings with my stress group (adults). Pets, kids and senior citizens are a go already. I wish they had a class for us social phobes on idle conversations.
