Mortgage Payment

So after my husband had his heart attack, I called our mortgage company. I wanted them to note our account that the payment would be late and why. The lady I talked to on the phone was less then nice. She said I wasn't authorized to speak on that account.

Ok, fine. I'm just letting you know you can stop calling and harassing my husband, who is in ICU, for the freaking house payment. It's going to be late.

Everyday they call several times a day for this payment. They are also calling my cell phone. When I answered it today, someone was actually on the line, instead of the automated system.

I told the guy the story. Told him I had asked for the account to be noted. Told him that lady was the b word and I wished I'd had her name. Told him I had to pay a lot of money for hubby's meds, he just returned to work, and I will make the payment when I know his paycheck is in the bank.

I also mentioned, if I'm not able to speak on this account, STOP calling MY cell phone for the payment!!!!!!!!!

Nobody cared to talk to me then, I don't care to talk to them now!! (I didn't say that part, but that's how I feel about it.)

He apologized and noted the account. I think I'll wait another week to make the payment, just out of spite!! LOL
