Bruce and I decided to start a
Substance Check In Thread.
You can check in as often or as little as you want.

Just a place to let others know how you
are doing and ask for extra support, etc.
if you need it.
You can talk about recovery,
your struggles, or your favorite
TV show, doesn't matter.
(As long as it fits in the rules of SV

Don't let this stop you from making
threads this is just an added one.
