Does anyone know how I could permanently save some of the voice messages on my iPhone? AT&T automatically deletes the mesages once they are 30 days old.
I'm under the impression that the voice message files are stored on an AT&T server in addition to the iPhone. Can anyone confirm this? Also under the impression that I'll have to jailbreak the phone in order to have access to the entire hard drive. Once that's done, iphonebrowser or something similar could be used to search the drive for the files and then copy them. Anyone have experience doing this? Any other ideas? FYI .. It's an iPhone 3G running version 3.1 (7C144). |
