Julien Hug star of ‘The Bachelorette‘ season 5 was found dead on Wednesday morning even though he was reported missing on Monday.

He was heard last on Monday and after that his cellphone went dead as reported by his father to 10News. His body was found in a remote area near Pinyon Pines and he was on his way from San Diego to Palm Desert to manage family’s newest restaurant.

As TMZ reported,

“Detectives investigating the death of Julien Hug — a former contestant on “The Bachelorette” — don’t think there was foul play involved. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Julien’s body was found in such an extremely remote area of the San Bernardino National Forest that detectives had to call in a helicopter to remove the body.”

The exact cause of the death is still unknown.
