Need a little help to get over the Friday hump.
For the first time in 19 days I am starting to think about glasses of wine. This is *always* how it begins and ends with me at the liquor store.
I'm here to find my strength, to remind myself that I don't want to be an active alcoholic until the end of my days. If I fight these urges today, it will be easier tomorrow. A little discomfort will not kill me. Normal people don't conjure up glasses of wine as they're doing household chores. My body has just begun to glimpse recovery -- do I really want to go back to this?? Thanks for anyone out there listening. I'm taking some deep breaths and heading to wash a pile of dishes. Candy
