Security at the airports

I really don't give a hoot, lol as I really don't fly any more, too big a risk for clots to form for me.

However, I got used to security way back when it started because every time I would have to tell them I am going to set it off, my left ankle has screws. So out would come the wand after I set it off, and they would go all over my body, and sure enough they would get to that ankle and the wand would go off. Now if it was warm weather and I was wearing shorts they would look and see no ankle chain etc, but if I had long pants on I would have to pull up my pant's leg.

Had a real snotty b**t**d one time, asking stupid questions, "well how do I know it's just your ankle?" I gave him my shoe, no alarm. "Are sure it's not something under the skin you can pull out after you are on the plane?" I asked him if he saw any bumps or scars, and he said no. He started to insist that a female search me .................. fortunately the supervisor walked up and that was 'nipped in the bud."

After that I got a leter, notarized from my Doctor stating that I had permanent screws in my ankle and would just show it.

I believe the 'no restroom, or pillows, etc in ones lap the last hour' is because that guy tried to blow up the plane just before landing.

I don't know what else they can do. It is getting very scary out there. I personally believe that 911 was just the 'tip of the ice berg'. I understand that every religion has their fanatics, but these particular ones are over the top and seem to really hate America.

My sister flies a lot on business and is not to upset by the increased security measures, so I won't be either.
