Does prayer work?
No.
Study of the Therapeutic Effects of Intercessory P... [Am Heart J. 2006] - PubMed result CONCLUSIONS: Intercessory prayer itself had no effect on complication-free recovery from CABG, but certainty of receiving intercessory prayer was associated with a higher incidence of complications. But if you don't tell the person you're praying for him or her, at least it doesn't hurt.
